Can a student visa holder in Australia obtain a home loan to buy a house? - first home loan australia

I believe that if you have a 100,000-150,000 (small buy)
But I want to know if foreign students get a mortgage if they pay a deposit of 20-30%. I have no income, but my parents support me.

I'm not 100% sure, but my husband could not walk on my mortgage, because there is always a fixed address. So I do not. Otherwise, I do not think so, not because you are working.

I doubt it.

Australia is very strict. When I go there legally for a holiday, I would check to see if I have enough money to have to go home with me. There are many people who think they can just try and stay in Australia - some even ask about the whole country. The government has taken drastic measures really hard.

What about for you? Well - you are a temporary and not a permanent residence permit. If the first half is more than likely return to their country of origin or at least the end of their schooling. It is not illegal to own property, but "the establishment of permanent residence is quite another.

I want to do homework.
