Thu speed you through neighborhoods? Hopefully not. Why is this so? Are you afraid of receiving a ticket or press someone? or ... Are you afraid that God is seen and not a super good time in heaven? His confusion until you these things much, and above all else. If I do something wrong, even if I'm religious, I do not think God first. I think the immediate consequences.

There will always be immediate consequences if we caught something seriously wrong. This is what we fear. People are conditioned to feel that way.

Just answer your question with the price of AE ..
Basically .. If you take an atheist and find to be friendly, considerate, generous, caring, compassionate, honest, etc., etc., without any kind of belief in God or rewards of eternal life in heaven, but his own heart .. . then of course the answer is yes.
